Scope<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, projects, consultations and other agreements between&nbsp;<strong>Monika Baer | PawsUnited<\/strong>&nbsp;(hereinafter referred to as&nbsp;&#8220;<strong>PawsUnited<\/strong>&#8220;) and its clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They apply regardless of whether the services are of a&nbsp;creative, conceptual, photographic, advisory or animal-related nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any deviations from these Terms and Conditions require written confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-services-and-conclusion-of-contract\">2. Services and Conclusion of Contract<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A contract is concluded through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a written or verbal agreement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>acceptance of an offer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the scheduling of an appointment (e.g. consultation, training session, photoshoot)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The specific scope of services results from the respective offer or individual agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PawsUnited works on a&nbsp;project-based and context-based basis. The scope, duration and objectives of the collaboration are defined individually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-fees-and-payment-terms\">3. Fees and Payment Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fees are based on the respective agreed offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unless otherwise agreed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>invoices are payable&nbsp;<strong>within 30 days without deduction<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for larger projects,&nbsp;<strong>partial payments or advance payments<\/strong>&nbsp;may be required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>usage rights for design or photographic work are transferred to the client&nbsp;only after full payment has been received<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-appointments-cancellations-and-rescheduling\">4. Appointments, Cancellations and Rescheduling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreed appointments are binding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Appointments may be cancelled&nbsp;<strong>free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of a later cancellation or failure to attend, the agreed fee may be charged in full or in part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If an appointment cannot take place due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment will be arranged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-usage-rights-design-photography-content\">5. Usage Rights (Design, Photography, Content)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Unless otherwise agreed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>copyrights for designs, photographs and concepts remain with&nbsp;<strong>PawsUnited<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>clients receive&nbsp;<strong>usage rights within the agreed scope<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Any transfer to third parties or use beyond the agreed purpose requires prior consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PawsUnited may use created work&nbsp;<strong>for self-promotion and documentation purposes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"6-client-responsibilities\">6. Client Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The client must provide all information, materials and content required for the collaboration in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The client confirms that any materials provided are&nbsp;free from third-party rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The client is responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from missing or late contributions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"7-liability\">7. Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PawsUnited is only liable for damages caused by&nbsp;intentional or grossly negligent conduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No liability is assumed for decisions or actions taken by the client based on consultations or recommendations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"8-special-provisions-for-work-with-dogs\">8. Special Provisions for Work with Dogs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For training, consultation or care services involving dogs, the dog owner confirms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>that the dog is healthy and free of contagious diseases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>that valid&nbsp;liability insurance&nbsp;is in place<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The dog owner is liable for any damage caused by their dog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"9-data-protection\">9. Data Protection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data will only be used for the purpose of carrying out the collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further information can be found in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/pawsunited.ch\/en\/datenschutzerklaerung\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">privacy policy<\/a> on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"10-final-provisions\">10.
