This is Me
Electrical impulses and four-legged friends – that’s me. I am Monika Baer, 44 years old, and since mid-2025, I have been living in Sweden with my two dogs: Lina, a Spaniard I adopted in 2020, and Ayla, a 12-year-old Husky lady from Sweden.
In 2005, I completed my studies in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at FHNW. Lina taught me that dogs need as much patience as circuits do, which is why I began the ATN dog training course in 2022 and completed it in 2024.
My Goal?
Whether in Switzerland or the far north, I aim to share my knowledge and experiences with you to deepen the relationship between humans and dogs – because every team deserves a harmonious connection.

I focus on positive reinforcement and reward-based dog training to strengthen our dogs’ trust and motivation. I believe that positive experiences and praise yield the best results.

I treat every dog and owner with fairness and respect, taking into account the individual needs and abilities of each team. I adapt my training methods accordingly, focusing on clear communication and giving every dog the opportunity to reach their full potential.

I view humans and dogs as a team and foster a close partnership between them. I emphasize open and trustworthy communication to build a strong bond and harmonious relationship. I support and guide my clients on their journey toward a strong and trusting relationship with their dogs.
