The light and lighting moods here in Swedish Lapland are simply breathtaking at the moment! ✨ I couldn’t resist taking out my camera to capture the beauty of the landscape around me.
I’d like to share some insights into the results of my little photo sessions with you. Some of the subjects come from my garden, where the colors glow in the perfect light. Additionally, I had a separate photo session with Lina and Ayla, which is full of fun and vitality.

It wasn’t easy to find the right focus. Lina was on a leash (which I retouched out of the photos because it was distracting), and Ayla hardly wanted to leave our side. While that’s lovely, I needed a bit of distance for the photos. As I got the camera ready with all the settings, I waited for Ayla to wander off to sniff around. I lay on the ground and tried to focus on her eyes—holding Lina’s leash in one hand and aiming not to be too close for the lens. Well, we’re still practicing!
